Process

How to Get Started

Step What You Send or Do What We Take Care Of
1 Send Your Details
Request form:
  • Property address and type
  • New installation or fault symptoms
  • Equipment model, if known
  • Installer details, if applicable
Photos via WhatsApp:
  • Accessible equipment nameplates
  • Panel exterior and work area

Review the request and equipment details. Identify any missing specifications and confirm whether a site assessment is required.

2 Confirm the Scope

Share available installation manuals or drawings. Arrange assessment access and review the proposed scope, cost and schedule with any other trades involved.

Review electrical capacity, supply requirements, circuits, disconnects and controls. Confirm wiring routes, permit requirements and coordination with the equipment installer.

3 Wire, Connect & Test

Approve the scope and arrange access and any agreed shutdown. Coordinate equipment placement and startup availability with the HVAC or mechanical installer.

Obtain required permits, complete the agreed wiring and connections, test the electrical installation and controls, coordinate inspections and support startup with the installer as agreed.

Helpful photos: Send safely accessible nameplates and exterior views. Leave electrical and equipment covers closed. Photos of both indoor and outdoor units help us review split-system requirements.
